iPhone interface on PocketPC Movie

If just seeing wasn't believing, here's a video that shows the Windows Mobile iPhone skin in action.I suspect we'll be seeing more things like this as we get closer to the iPhone launch. I wonder what the legal implications are if someone made a skin linke this? Could Apple really sue for something that they hope to launch. I guess the patents they have protect them against this.
